April 2022 and today September 2024 - My Kia EV6 reached over 202,000Km this week with only 2 minor issue resolved under Warranty. Every service has been a pleasure and when the warranty issues happened the support from Alan, Colton and all at Herron I was not left were short with there customer support and that's matters. #EV 6 exceeds 202,000 km #Battery Life 100% efficiency has not changed from day one. I dropped my car off for its 3rd service even though it I had left it a bit short notice, they were still able to fit me in. The staff are very helpful and polite and keep you updated on your car while being worked on while waiting. I have my E Niro now for 2 years, covered 42k km's with no hassles, so easy to drive and quiet. Has more than enough power for a quick overtake even in eco mode. The almost one pedal driving in eco mode and re-Gen level 2 make it so effortless in town and the active cruise control so easy on a long run. I wished I had went to EV before buying the PHEV Niro. I recently had a short trip away to Belmut in Mayo for a few days the car never missed a beat the whole time away. Stopped at Ballina for a break and a coffee, found the 22kw charger in Dunnes car park and topped up even though I did not need too. we arrived at the Broadheaven Bay Hotel with still 56% left, the Hotel has a EV charger and we topped it up during the evening. We enjoyed our stay and driving around every day, with a trip to Achill Island and surrounding scenery of Belmut, topping up at the Hotel and or at Aldi chargers, which were both free :-) , on the trip we covered 730km over the 3 days, total cost just under 9.00 euro. drove home without needing to charge. we regularly go out for a drive at the weekends and cover 200+ kms even when only charged to 80%, its a great car. I save so much on fuel currently have Day/night rate meter and charge at 0.10 per kwh at night a full charge for only 6.40 for 440km . my insurance halved in price and only 120 to tax for a year!

Such a professional company to deal with. No hassle, no fuss. Bought my Kia e Niro from Enda in February 2021 and regret not buying an EV sooner. It's now December 2021 ad I've driven 22,500kms and only had to charge the car using my home charger. I use the car for business and have never had a problem with range. It's so comfortable, has all the equipment you'll ever need and acceleration is amazing for overtaking. I've kept a record of charging costs and it totals €250 for all that distance!! My previous jeep was using €4000 in diesel a year for roughly the same distance!! No brainer! Was lucky to test drive the new EV6 last week at Herron's and it's amazing. We got our Opel Mokka-e from Colton in Herron Auto in July and are very happy with it. Have gone as far as Kerry for a short break and had no trouble finding chargers. We also got a home charger fitted and have received the SEAI grant for this. Would definitely recommend going for an EV - all our normal journeys are within its range and for longer trips a bit of planning for charger stops / coffee breaks makes everything go smoothly. It's so easy to drive and has great power for overtaking and also has a fantastic array of features.

We bought a Kia e-Niro from Herron Auto. The service was very good and helpful and we love the car. We travel from Donegal to Dublin regularly so needed a car with a range to do that comfortably and the e-Niro is perfect for that. It's also a very comfortable family car. You do have to plan ahead a bit to make sure you have enough charge for where you're going but you get used to that very quickly and we mostly charge it at home with the wall charger (grant process for that worked well too). We love knowing that we are not polluting the air when we drive and that it's mostly carbon-free.

We bought a Kia Soul EV from Colton at Herron Auto in 2020. We found him very easy to do business with.Colton was more than helpful and the after care is excellent too. Unlike any other car sales outlets we have previously dealt with, we are routinely offered a car to drive during a service. We absolutely love our EV. We have a charge point installed at home which makes it super easy and very economical to run. It is lovely to know we are driving emission free. The services are less expensive as there are less parts to go wrong and road tax is at a minimum. The car is very smooth and easy to drive with all the extras you might expect in a top of the range car especially the safety features like lane assist and automatic braking for unexpected obstacles. The heated seats and steering are great in frosty weather. Altogether a very enjoyable drive. We love our EV . No regrets whatsoever. Charge points in the Republic are improving all the time. Sadly the services in Northern Ireland are not so good so we are happy to have a range of between 420 and 480 km when travelling there.
